About the Nomad Knife
Nomad Knife is a Rare Special Item knife that drops from 3 of the 42 CS2 weapon cases: Shattered Web Case, Fracture Case and Fever Case.
The earliest of them is the Shattered Web Case, released on 18 November 2019.
The chance per open ranges from 0.0050% to 0.0093% (best in the Fever Case, 1 in 10,769), because each case splits the Rare Special Item slot across a different number of finishes. One in ten of those drops is StatTrak.
It sits in tier 5 of 5 (Mil-Spec to Rare Special) and ranks #36 of 69 finishes in the Shattered Web Case by top-wear Steam price.
It sells for about $160.71, against $3.15 to open the Fracture Case (case plus $2.50 key), so it is worth more than one open.
