Terms
- Every new account gets 3 free cases (Free Case 1, 2 and 3). Each opens once. No deposit is needed to open them.
- They unlock once a referral code is applied to your account (any code; FREE works) and your email is verified. Applying a code also credits 0.5 gems.
- What you win is credited as gems straight away and can be used on any game. Free gems you have not used expire after 7 days.
- To withdraw, you need at least $10 in real deposits (skins or crypto) on your account. Free gems do not count toward it.
- One set per person. A Steam account already used on another CaseBattles profile does not get the free cases, and extra accounts on a shared IP are blocked from free gems.
- Daily cases are free too: each opens once every 24 hours and unlocks by account level, starting at level 1.
Free case odds
Each free case has its own drop table. Most opens land a low-value skin; the top drop is rare. Every result is provably fair.
| Case | Top drop | Most likely drop |
|---|---|---|
| Free Case 1 | AK-47 | Safety Net (MW) (6.12 gems): 0.05% | G3SG1 | Green Cell (FT) (0.02 gems): 25% |
| Free Case 2 | Desert Eagle | Crimson Web (MW) (51.00 gems): 0.25% | Souvenir Nova | Predator (WW) (0.01 gems): 32.25% |
| Free Case 3 | ★ Moto Gloves | Cool Mint (BS) (223.77 gems): 0.09% | PP-Bizon | Night Ops (FT) (0.01 gems): 50% |
Daily free cases
After the signup cases, the Rewards page has free daily cases. Each one opens once every 24 hours, and higher levels unlock higher-value daily cases. Winnings follow the same rules: gems straight away, unused free gems expire after 7 days, and withdrawing needs $10 in real deposits.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are the CS2 free cases really free?
Yes. The 3 signup cases and the daily cases cost nothing to open and need no deposit. To withdraw what you win you need $10 in real deposits on your account first.
Do I need a code for the free cases?
Yes. Any referral code unlocks the 3 signup cases. If you do not have one, enter FREE on the Rewards page.
Why do I have to verify my email?
Free cases pay real gems, so they are limited to verified accounts to stop people farming them with extra accounts.
How often can I open a free case?
The 3 signup cases are one-time. Daily cases can each be opened once every 24 hours once your level unlocks them.
Do free-case winnings expire?
Gems won from free cases expire after 7 days if you have not used them.
