You withdraw your winnings from CaseBattles.gg as CS2 skins delivered to your Steam account, or as cryptocurrency through the Cashier. This page explains exactly what you need, how long it takes, and why a withdrawal might be blocked.
What you need before you can withdraw
- A $10 real deposit. You must have deposited at least $10 of real value in CS2 skins or crypto. Free Gems from affiliate codes, daily cases, or promotions do not count toward this minimum.
- A valid Steam trade URL. Set this in your profile so skins can be delivered to your Steam account.
- No active trade hold. Skins you recently deposited are locked by Steam's 7–8 day trade hold and can't be withdrawn until that clears.
- Identity verification (KYC) where required. Some withdrawals, and crypto activity, may require KYC before processing.
How long withdrawals take
When you select a skin and confirm, it is sent to your Steam account immediately if the exact item is in stock. Delays can happen if the item is temporarily out of inventory, if your withdrawal triggers a KYC check, or if the skins are still inside Steam's 7–8 day trade hold from a recent deposit. Crypto withdrawals depend on network confirmation times.

Deposit $10, set your trade URL, and wait for any active hold to clear, and withdrawals are enabled permanently on your account.
How long is the Steam trade hold?
Skins you deposit are subject to Steam’s trade hold, which runs 7–8 days depending on exactly when the trade completes. During that window those skins cannot be withdrawn. This is a Steam-side protection, not a CaseBattles rule.
Can I withdraw as crypto instead of skins?
Yes. You can withdraw your balance as cryptocurrency through the Cashier. Crypto withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times and may require identity verification.
