How can we help?
Everything you need to know about deposits, withdrawals, fairness, and the games.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Withdraw your winnings as CS2 or Rust skins, delivered to your Steam account, or as crypto. For skins, browse available items, select what you want and confirm the trade.
Important: You need at least 5 gems of real deposits (skins, crypto or card) before you can withdraw, including 5 gems in the last 7 days. Free Gems from affiliate codes, daily cases, or promotions do not count.
Withdrawal availability depends on current inventory. Some items may require KYC verification before processing.
Once you select an item and confirm the trade, it is sent to your Steam account right away if the item is in stock. Delays can happen if the exact item is temporarily out of inventory, or if your withdrawal triggers a KYC check. Crypto withdrawals depend on network confirmation times.
A "deposit required" message means your account has not yet deposited the minimum $10. Deposit at least $10 total via skins or cryptocurrency through the Cashier, and withdrawals are enabled permanently on your account.
To withdraw, your account must meet all of the following:
$10 minimum deposit: At least $10 in real value (skins or crypto). Free Gems do not count.
Deposits settled: Any pending CS2 skin deposit must first clear Steam's trade hold.
Wager requirement met: Any deposit bonus or promo wagering requirement must be fully met.
Trade URL & KYC: A valid Steam trade URL is required, and some withdrawals may require identity (KYC) verification.
We currently support:
Instant Skin Deposits: Depositing CS2 skins is quick and seamless. Once the trade completes, your Gems are added immediately.
Cryptocurrency Deposits: We accept several major cryptocurrencies. Crypto deposits may take time due to blockchain confirmations, which are outside our control.
If your crypto deposit takes longer than expected, contact admin@casebattles.gg and include your transaction ID.
We support deposits and withdrawals in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL), and Tron (TRX). Crediting time depends on the network confirming your transaction.
When you deposit a CS2 skin, Steam places a trade hold on it for up to 7-8 days, during which Valve can still reverse or cancel that trade. This is a Steam rule, not ours.
While that hold is active, withdrawals are locked. Otherwise someone could deposit a skin, pull its value back out, then have the original trade reversed on Steam, leaving the site short. The hold is what lets us safely pay everyone out.
Good to know: The hold is per deposit. Your Deposit and Withdraw pages show a countdown for exactly when it clears. Crypto deposits have no hold, since they cannot be reversed.
CS2 skin deposits credit in two parts. A portion of the value lands instantly so you can start playing, and the rest is credited automatically once the Steam trade hold clears (7 days).
How much is instant: Most accounts get 45% up front. Brand-new (level 0) accounts get 30% up front, since new accounts carry the highest risk of trade reversals. Where the level-based instant allowance applies, the instant part is capped by your account level instead, and the cap grows as you play and level up. Rust skins and crypto credit 100% instantly.
The remainder is paid to you the moment the hold expires. You never lose it; it is just held until the deposit is safe from a Steam reversal.
Reversing a completed skin deposit (a Steam trade rollback) during the protected period is treated as a chargeback. It flags your account, and any balance from that deposit is reclaimed.
Consequences: Your account is placed in reversal debt: withdrawals and play are blocked until the debt is cleared, and future deposits repay the debt before crediting.
This protects the other players whose payouts depend on that skin. Only reverse a trade if it genuinely failed. If a legitimate deposit was wrongly flagged, contact admin@casebattles.gg.
New players get a 30% match on their deposits, bonus up to 100 gems, in as many deposits as they like for 7 days from signup, automatically, with no code needed. Deposit 334 gems in total to collect the full 100. A 20-gem deposit gets 6 bonus gems and leaves 94 for later deposits. It applies to crypto and gift card deposits, credited instantly; skin deposits (CS2 and Rust) get no deposit bonus.
Wagering requirement: Before you withdraw, play through your deposit once (1×) and every bonus gem (first-deposit bonus, reloads, promo codes) three times (3×). Bets on any game count. Example: deposit 100, get 30 bonus, wager 100 + 90 = 190, then withdraw freely.
One promotion per deposit, plus your referral bonus: each deposit gets only one of an active deposit-match code or reload offer (applied first), the first-deposit match (next) or a Night Market deposit coupon (last); whatever is not used stays for a later deposit. A valid affiliate/referral code adds a further 5% to your deposits on top while the code is active.
Mines cashouts and Upgrader wins under 1.10x do not count toward the wagering requirement (for example a Mines cashout at 0.96x or a 1.04x upgrade). Losses, payouts of 1.10x or more and bets on every other game count in full.
KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required by our Anti-Money Laundering policy. You may be asked for a government-issued ID and proof of address before certain transactions. This keeps the platform safe and compliant.
Fairness & Trust
Yes. Every outcome is provably fair and independently verifiable, we run one of the lowest house edges among CS2 case sites, published per game, and you sign in with Steam or Google, with SSL and Cloudflare protection on every page.
We also enforce one account per user and clear, displayed odds on every case. There is nothing hidden in the flow.
We uphold strict fairness policies across the platform:
Provably Fair: All outcomes are generated using cryptographic seed systems powered by Random.org. You can verify every roll on our Provably Fair page.
Transparent Drop Rates: Each case clearly shows your chance of receiving every item.
Low House Edge: One of the lowest house edges among CS2 case sites, published per game (see "What is a house edge?" below).
Every game uses a combination of a server seed and a Random.org seed to determine outcomes. Before a game starts, the server seed hash is published, so the outcome is committed before you play. After the game, the seeds are revealed on our Provably Fair page and you can confirm that the result was derived from those pre-committed seeds, so nothing can be changed after the fact.
A house edge is the platform's built-in advantage on each game. Below is the house edge for each game:
Battles: 5%
Cases: 5%
Coinflip: 5%
Duels: 5%
Mines: 10%
Plinko: About 7% (built into its multiplier tables)
Upgrader: 10% (about 9.1% after the 1% sell premium)
Double: Variable (based on faction weights)

No. Each user is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts violates our Terms of Service and may result in suspension or a permanent ban of all associated accounts.
If you signed up with Steam, your username is synced from your Steam profile, so update your Steam name to change it. Profile settings such as privacy can be managed from your Profile page.
Rewards, Levels & Rakeback
Rakeback is a loyalty reward that gives you back a percentage of every wager you place. The more you play, the more you earn, and higher levels unlock better rates.
Rakeback accumulates automatically and can be claimed daily, weekly, and monthly from the Rewards page.
You earn XP automatically as you wager across the games. As your level climbs, your rakeback rate increases and you unlock one-time level bonuses. Your current level and progress are shown on your profile.
Rakeback rates are based on your account level:
Level 1-49: 0.25%
Level 50-149: 0.5%
Level 150+: 0.75%
These percentages are your total rakeback across daily, weekly, and monthly claims combined.
Games
CaseBattles.gg currently offers:
Case Opening: Open virtual cases containing CS2 skins with clearly displayed odds.
Case Battles: Compete by opening the same cases: highest total value wins all the items. Modes: Normal, Terminal (last case decides), Jackpot (weighted draw) and Group (split the pot), with a Crazy toggle where the lowest total wins. 1v1 up to 8-player free-for-all, or 2v2, 2v2v2 and 3v3 teams.
Plinko: Drop a ball through the pegs into a multiplier slot, with selectable risk and rows.
Upgrader: Attempt to upgrade a lower-value item to a higher-value one. Success odds are shown beforehand.
Mines: A grid game where you reveal tiles to grow your multiplier while avoiding mines.
Coinflip: A 1v1 game where two players wager skins and flip a coin. Winner takes all.
Duels: A 2-4 player wheel spin. Each player picks a color and wagers skins.
Double: A roulette-style game with four factions at different multipliers.
Community Cases let you build your own case: pick the items, set the odds, name it, and share it. When other players open your case you earn a creator commission on each open.
Create one: Head to case creation, choose your items and odds, set your commission rate, and publish. Your case appears under the Community tab and can be used in battles.
Note: opens made in borrow/funded battles do not pay creator commission.
Account, Safety & Support
Yes. We protect your data with industry-standard encryption and privacy practices: SSL encryption, Cloudflare protection, and secure sign-in through Steam or Google. Your information is never sold or shared without consent.
CaseBattles is strictly 18+. We encourage healthy play and offer self-service tools: set deposit limits or self-exclude instantly (a cooling-off period) from Profile → Settings → Responsible Gaming. See our Responsible Gaming page for more.
Most of the platform is open to players worldwide, but certain games or features may be unavailable in some regions due to local rules or our providers. If a specific game is restricted where you are, the rest of the site still works. See our Terms of Service for details.
Contact admin@casebattles.gg immediately if you believe your account was accessed without permission. We also recommend securing your Steam account by enabling Steam Guard.
We do not refund losses from normal gameplay or purchases made by choice. Game outcomes are final and provably fair.
If you believe something went wrong due to a genuine error (a failed trade, a mis-credited deposit, a technical fault), contact admin@casebattles.gg or our Discord with details and we will review it.
