What is real-world trading?
Real-world trading (RWT) means exchanging anything you hold on CaseBattles — skins, Gems balance, pending withdrawals or account access — for money, cryptocurrency, goods or services outside the platform. Gems and the skins you win here are for use on CaseBattles and for withdrawal through our cashier only.What is prohibited
Selling skins won or withdrawn from CaseBattles to other people for real money.Buying skins, Gems or accounts from other CaseBattles users for real money or any other value.Using deposits, battles, tips, or withdrawals to move value between people — including "losing on purpose" to a partner, cashing out on someone else's behalf, or otherwise laundering value through the site.Coordinating or advertising off-platform trades in our chat, on Discord, or anywhere else, and sharing or selling account access.Enforcement
We review trading patterns, withdrawal destinations and user reports. Where we find real-world trading, the accounts involved are permanently closed and any balance, pending withdrawals and rewards are forfeited. Decisions can be appealed once through support, but we do not reinstate accounts that were used to trade value off-platform.How to report
If someone offers to buy or sell CaseBattles skins or balance for real money, do not engage. Report it to our support team on Discord with the username and, where possible, a screenshot. Reports are handled confidentially.
