About the Flip Knife | Lore
Flip Knife | Lore is a Rare Special Item knife that drops from 2 of the 42 CS2 weapon cases: Gamma Case and Gamma 2 Case.
The earliest of them is the Gamma Case, released on 15 June 2016.
Each open has a 0.0087% chance (about 1 in 11,538) of pulling it, as one of 30 Rare Special Item finishes in every one of those cases. One in ten of those drops is StatTrak.
It sits in tier 5 of 5 (Mil-Spec to Rare Special) and ranks #18 of 47 finishes in the Gamma Case by top-wear Steam price.
Its Steam price runs from $197.97 to $325.07 across wears, against $6.79 to open the Gamma 2 Case (case plus $2.50 key), so every wear is worth more than one open.
