Clash.gg is one of the best-known case battle sites. If you play there, the number that matters most over hundreds of battles is the house edge, and that is where CaseBattles makes its case: a flat 5% on cases and battles.

The short version
Two independent reviews put Clash.gg's edge on cases and battles at about 10% (SkinCaseReviewer, re-tested October 2026; Fairness.gg, August 2026). CaseBattles publishes 5% on the same games. On average, that is half as much of every battle going to the house.

Why a 5% edge matters
The house edge is the share of every gem wagered that the site keeps on average. Wager 1,000 gems in battles at a 10% edge and you should expect to get about 900 back over time. At 5%, you should expect about 950. Nothing changes how lucky any single battle is, but over a few hundred battles the gap adds up.
Every CaseBattles edge, published
| CaseBattles game | House edge |
|---|---|
| Cases | 5% |
| Case battles | 5% |
| Coinflip | 5% |
| Duels | 5% |
| Plinko | About 7% |
| Upgrader | 10% (about 9.1% if you sell the win) |
| Mines | 10% |
